SCORE Sarawak

Between six and twelve dams are scheduled to be completed in Sarawak as part of SCORE, the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy. If built, these dams will force tens of thousands of communities off of their land, push dozens of species closer to extinction, pollute rivers — the lifeline of the forest — and produce more greenhouse gas emissions per megawatt of energy than a coal power plant.
